aid groups, the police and potential victims of foriegn paedophiles.
These girls, cited as witnesses in one case have said that the promise
of money was a factor in helping them to decide to testify. They
have yet to recieve any compensation. These are ethical issues for
the nascent justice system in Cambodia. |
